OKMFlow is a process automation application designed for organizations that need to digitize, manage, and optimize their workflows efficiently and sustainably.

It is marketed under a perpetual license model, allowing your company to purchase the solution outright, with no recurring usage fees, protecting your technology investment over the long term.

The price of the OKMFlow license is € 2,500.

This license covers use of the application. From that point, additional professional services can be contracted depending on the scope and needs of each project.

Training is offered through OpenKM Academy and is aimed at helping teams gain real autonomy in the use and administration of OKMFlow—reducing external dependency and enabling the organization to evolve and adapt its processes with full control. These services are optional, quoted separately, and do not affect the license price.
